Post Card Campaign
People were looking for something meaningful they could do. Not just another outlet to complain or protest. In response to that need, we began brainstorming together to identify actions that could create real impact within our community. Ultimately, we agreed on using postcards as our method of outreach. Each postcard is designed to share clear, accessible information about how certain government decisions and policies can directly affect our community. Some of the topics we have highlighted include Medicaid, SNAP benefits, and Public Broadcasting Services, among others. Our goal is to EDUCATE to ensure people have access to truthful, fact-based information that empowers them to stay informed and take action when needed.
